Does uverse TV require Internet
Re: Uverse tv without ATT internet
If your residenance has U-verse TV available, you can certainly obtain that service by itself. The AT&T internet service is not required to have U-verse TV service.
How does att uverse Internet work
The TV and phone service are actually both Internet-based. The TV signal is translated into IP form by AT&T and sent to your modem over regular phone wiring and fiber optic cable. The Uverse set-top box translates the IP signal back into regular video/audio and sends it to your TV. This is the basics of the service.

DIRECTV vs U-verse TV isn’t a matter of quality, but rather availability. U-verse TV is available in 21 states. As a satellite TV service, DIRECTV is available in all 50 states and is a great option for those who live remotely. U-verse TV and DIRECTV are your cable alternatives.
Does ATT Uverse still exist
ATT will be continuing Uverse for anyone that wants to stay on it. Know I do as a tree is right in the way of DirecTV satellite. AT&T says that while it’s focusing on DirecTV, it isn’t shutting down U-verse.

Is 1tb of data enough
Here’s How You Get to 1TB
Okay, so you’re not likely to hit 1 TB of data in a month, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. According to Rayburn, the average Netflix video is 90 minutes long and eats up 1.6GB of data per hour (that’s 2.4GB per 90-minute video).
